We had an enjoyable evening at Santinni’s on Saturday evening. From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome. The staff were professional and very friendly, and the food and wine were good value for money and delicious. I have a food allergy and this was properly understood and dealt with. This is my restaurant of choice when I visit Shildon and is highly recommended. Well done to Owen and all the team and thank you.

Came down from Broxburn in Scotland for lunch and to catch up with a wonderful teacher who I hadn't seen in nearly 50 years and to take in the Shildon match. We recieved a wonderful welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant. The food was first class as was the service. Staff were so genuine and attentive. Looking forward to my next visit when I come back down to Shildon.

Family meal out. We had a lovely meal, loved the mussels and the risotto particularly. Service was a little slow but friendly and there were two big parties came in just after us. We'd definitely go back.

We were struggling to find an Italians we could order a take out to collect, phoned Santinnis and they said they could accommodate. It was a 30 minute drive for us but the food was some of the tastiest food I’ve eaten from an Italian! We will definitely be back for a sit in meal. Alfredo Pasta was the best I’ve had. My partner has the Pollo Santinnis and it is so tasty. The cheesy garlic bread was so nice not too overpowered by garlic or greasy/oily.

Visited this lovely restaurant today. The staff were amazing. Especially Nicola. Having travelled Italy, I can honestly say the food was tremendous and the restaurant itself was pristine. I would highly recommend a visit here. You won’t be disappointed.
